Flavours restaurant is a new fresh modern take on Caribbean dining, paying homage with the decor and board and baton design of the jerk shacks across the island. Using only authentic and fresh ingredients, we make all of our seasonings in-house from spices imported directly from Jamaica, while we carefully select the best produce from local Canadian growers. Every dish is made with deep love and pride truly honouring Jamaican tradition. Just try our popular jerk chicken! Our 24hr marinated chicken is slowly cooked in a classic Jamaican jerk pan, infused with the smoke from the pimento wood chips that we get straight from the Island, taking eaters back to Jamaica with every bite.
