We are so excited to get back to work and see all of you again. However, there will be some notable changes to our clinic in order to best serve and protect both our staff and our patients:
- All patients will be required to wear a mask or face covering their mouth AND nose (scarf or bandana will suffice) at all times while inside the clinic. A mask will NOT be given to you if you don’t arrive with one and you may be asked to rebook your appointment.
- We are booking our schedules at a 50% capacity. This will lessen the amount of people in our office at any given point and allow for physical distancing within our clinic.
- All patients entering the clinic will be required to sign a COVID19 screening form prior to treatment that states you are in good health. We ask that if you have a fever, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing, or have tested positive for COVID19 you inform reception prior to coming into the clinic and rebook your appointment to a later date.
- We kindly ask that only the person with the appointment come into the clinic, and all unnecessary company wait outside, with the exception of anyone who requires physical assistance and minors (which will be limited to ONE parent/caregiver per patient)
- Please respect your appointment time. Given the nature in which we must now operate, if you are late it will affect the entire schedule, allowance for physical distancing, and our ability maintain a safe environment for everyone. If you are late for your scheduled appointment time you run the risk of not being seen by the Chiropodist and may be asked to rebook your appointment.
- There will be NO washroom access for patients
- Our retail displays will be minimized. If you are looking for any suggestions or products to best suit your needs, please ask for assistance.
- No walk-ins will be accepted. Treatments will be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
