At our yoga studio in Bowmanville, all bodies are beautiful, all levels are welcome, and mental health is equally as important as physical health. We believe in the importance of working and resting both the body and mind, and are here to help facilitate your journey. Evolve offers a wide variety of yoga classes and workshops, right in the heart of downtown Bowmanville (and online!)

We are excited to bring you yoga, meditation, fitness, group circles, art, and various other events. We have options for those who are ready to return to the studio (read more about our COVID safety measures on our website) , as well as those who prefer to practice at home.
