Lava offers a serene sanctuary to get away from the busy of life while you move, breathe, rest your body, meditate and connect. Lava has a wide variety of yoga class styles to choose from on a daily basis for beginner, intermediate or advanced participants. COVID-19 Operation Info
Due to Covid, we have decreased our capacity by half. We only accept students on membership basis. No walk-ins or drop-ins and we monitor the changes on frequent basis.
The studio is fully sanitized prior to your entry. We ask you to kindly answer the Covid self assessment questions at the front, allow us to measure your temperature, sanitize your hand prior to entry to the studio, wear your mask at the front and and in all common areas. You MUST purchase your package online! and reserve your spot before you go to the studio.
The studio opens 10 min prior to your InStudio class for admissions.
