We have been working hard to prepare to re-open our doors and see you all for regular care. As we re-open our office, we would like to ensure that our patients are familiar with the measures we have put in place to help ensure everyone’s safety.
- All patients must be pre-screened before arriving for EACH appointment.
- All staff will be similarly screened and anyone who is unwell will not be working in the office.
- Patients are asked to wait in their cars and not enter the office until they are instructed.
- Once you have parked, please text our new arrival line at (905) 410-4142. Please state your name and which clinician you are scheduled to see. This number is for arrivals only. We cannot book, reschedule or cancel appointments on this number.
- Once we are ready for you to enter the building we will reply to your text. Please wait in your cars or outside of the office until you receive our reply. We are not permitted to allow any patients to enter until we are ready.
- All patients entering the building MUST WEAR A MASK. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule. If you do not have a mask, you will have the option to purchase a disposable mask from us at our cost of $2.
- Upon entry, all patients will be screened for COVID symptoms. Everyone will have their temperature taken with a contactless thermometer and must sanitize their hands. Anyone entering the office already wearing gloves must remove their used gloves. If you wish to wear gloves, you are welcome to put on a fresh pair once inside our entrance.
- Only patients with appointments will be permitted into the office (young children and patients with special needs may be accompanied by 1 adult who will need to be screened as well). We apologize, but children who do not have appointments cannot accompany their parents into the office.
- We must sanitize tables, equipment and contact surfaces after each patient. Please be patient with our reduced pace and plan to give yourself extra time while we get used to our new normal.
- We will be limiting the number of patients in the office at any given time and will be scheduling patients farther apart to promote safe distancing. As a result, we will be seeing fewer patients per hour. Please understand that for the time being we will no longer be able to squeeze patients in during the more desired times. This is the new reality that has been forced upon us to keep everyone safe.
