All tattoos and consultations will be appointment only. Call or email the shop to set up an appointment. We will do our best to help you over the phone or email, however some consultations are better done in person, and we will schedule those accordingly. Please arrive ON TIME for your appointment, or no more than 10 minutes early. If you will be late, please call and let us know. Same day appointments MAY be available, IF we are able, and deem it safe to do so. NO WALK INS AT THIS TIME.
Prior to your appointment you will be asked to complete a pre-screening questionnaire, following Ministry of Health standards. If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment. Deposits will not be lost.
Payment by E-transfer will be encouraged. Debit is also available, and the terminal will be sterilized before and after each use. Deposits are required upon ALL bookings, again E-transfer will be the preferred method of payment. We ask you to try and use a contact-free payment, however cash still will be accepted.
Upon arrival you will be asked to sanitize your hands. We will have sanitizer available throughout the shop for your convenience.
Masks must be worn during the duration of your visit. Please bring your own mask. If you do not have one, we will have masks available for purchase.
Please do not bring any friends or family with you to your appointment. As our studio is small, we ask you arrive alone so we can maintain adequate social distancing. Please bring your own water and snacks and keep them with you at all times. Also, limit your personal items to the necessities.
The studio will be cleaned and disinfected regularly in addition to our already diligent sanitization procedures. We will be encouraging regular and proper hand hygiene, as well as cough etiquette.
We have also been updating our personal knowledge with Infection Prevention and Control (from the World Health Organization), as well as Bloodborne Pathogens (from the Worksite Safety Compliance Centre of Canada)
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we prepare ourselves for the future of tattooing.
